CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing red mold Dioscorea comprises: a step of washing and Dioscorea and slicing in a certain size(101)； a step of drying the fresh Dioscorea and soaking the dried Dioscorea in water for a certain time(103)； a step of sterilizing the Dioscorea and cooling at certain temperature(104)； a step of inoculating red mold to the Dioscorea and culturing at certain temperature and moisture for a certain time(105)； a step of performing oxygen pressing for a certain time(107)； and a step of drying(108).본 발명은 홍국(麴菌) 산약(山藥)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 적당 비율의 물을 신선한 산약 혹은 말린 산약에 붓고 이어서 멸균 작업을 진행하며, 멸균 작업이 끝난 산약을 냉각시킨 후, 다시 홍균종을 산약에 넣어서 적당한 온도, 적당한 습도 하에서 적당한 흔듬 비율로 적당한 시간 동안 흔든 후, 마지막으로 배양이 끝난 홍국산약을 건조시키는 과정을 포함하고 있으며, 이러한 건조 과정을 거쳐 적당한 수분을 함량한 홍국산약을 제조하게 된다.
