The water-insoluble calcium covered with the amorphous surfactant according to an embodiment of the present invention contains 100 parts by weight of calcium, and 10-200 parts by weight of surfactant with two or more alkyl chains attached to a hydrophilic portion of the calcium. The surfactant surrounds and is attached to an outer side of the calcium in an amorphous form, and has an emulsion form dissolved in water.
