The present invention relates to a water-insoluble omega-3 and a method for manufacturing the same. The water-insoluble omega-3 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes 100 parts by weight of an omega-3 and 10 to 200 parts by weight of a surfactant having two or more alkyl chains attached to a hydrophilic portion of the omega-3.
