PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule of nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine and free from unnecessary materials such as binder and provide a granulation method of efficiently granulating the nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine by using a spouted bed binderless granulation method.SOLUTION: A granule of nanoparticles containing encapsulated medicine and granulated only by the mutual cohesive force of the nanoparticle-bonded material N composed of the medicine-encapsulated nanoparticles through an excipient is produced by bringing the powder of nanoparticle-bonded material N into mutual contact in a compressed state while circulating in a spouted bed. As a pretreatment, the medicine-encapsulated nanoparticles are added and mixed to a solution of the excipient, the mixed liquid is dried to form a granular nanoparticle-bonded material and the material is crushed to particle size suitable for granulation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 バインダ等の不要な材料を含まない薬物封入ナノ粒子の造粒物、及び、噴流層型のバインダレス造粒法を利用して薬物封入ナノ粒子を良好に造粒化できる造粒方法を提供する。【解決手段】 薬物封入ナノ粒子が賦形剤を介して結合したナノ粒子結合体Nを相互の付着力のみによって造粒形成した薬物封入ナノ粒子の造粒物を得るために、ナノ粒子結合体Nの粉末を噴流層内で循環させながら圧密状態で接触させて造粒する。前処理として、薬物封入ナノ粒子を賦形剤の溶液に添加混合した後、当該混合液を乾燥して顆粒状のナノ粒子結合体を作製し、当該ナノ粒子結合体を造粒に適した粒径に粉砕する。【選択図】 図2
