The present invention relates to a method for producing refined bee venom having allergy components removed therefrom, and to refined bee venom produced through the method to have allergy components removed therefrom. The method comprises the steps of: (a) adding and diluting a buffering solution in bee venom； (b) adding and enzymatically reacting a protease in a diluted liquid diluted in step (a)； (c) heating a reactant enzymatically reacted in step (b)； (d) coagulating a protein of the reactant heated reactant of step (c) by adding cooled ethanol in the reactant； (e) precipitating a coagulate by centrifuging the coagulated reactant of step (d)； and (f) applying a supernatant in a reactant in which the coagulant of step (e) is precipitated, and drying the same.본 발명은 (a) 봉독에 완충용액을 첨가하여 희석하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계의 희석한 희석액에 단백질분해효소를 첨가한 후 효소반응시키는 단계； (c) 상기 (b)단계의 효소 반응한 반응물을 가열하는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계의 가열한 반응물에 냉각된 에탄올을 가하여 반응물의 단백질을 응고시키는 단계； (e) 상기 (d)단계의 응고시킨 반응물을 원심분리하여 응고물을 침전시키는 단계； 및 (f) 상기 (e)단계의 응고물이 침전된 반응물에서 상등액을 취한 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독에 관한 것이다.
