PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adapter for an ultrasonic probe, capable of reducing the distance from a position of a puncture needle to puncture and an ultrasonic radiation surface of the ultrasonic probe, and reducing an area of a puncture needle insertion pathway to be imaged in an ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: The puncture adapter is fixed to the ultrasonic probe with a fitting part of a puncture needle support part having a shape corresponding to a V-shaped groove of the ultrasonic probe fitted into the groove. The puncture needle is disposed along the V-shaped bottom of the fitting part, and is supported as pressed on the V-shaped groove side of the ultrasonic probe by a presser part of the puncture needle support part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺アダプタを超音波プローブに装着して穿刺を行う際、穿刺針が刺入される位置と超音波プローブの超音波放射面との距離を小さくすることができ、穿刺針の刺入経路のうち超音波画像によって映像化されない領域を従来に比して小さくすることができる超音波プローブ用穿刺アダプタ等を提供すること。【解決手段】超音波プローブのV字溝に対応した形状を有する穿刺針支持部の嵌合部を当該溝に嵌合させた状態で、超音波プローブに固定される。穿刺針は、嵌合部のV字形状の谷の部分に沿って配置され、穿刺針支持部の押し付け部により超音波プローブのV字溝側に押しつけられた状態で支持される。【選択図】図1
