PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect at least either a puncture adapter or a puncture needle held thereby.SOLUTION: A probe simulation part 12 in a tester 10 for puncture comprises an adapter fitting simulation part 16 and a body simulation part 18. The adapter fitting simulation part 16 simulates a shape of an adapter fitting part of an ultrasonic probe. The body simulation part 18 simulates a shape of a body part of the ultrasonic probe. In an inspection plate 14, an inspection groove 20 is formed. The inspection plate 14 is provided with a first gate 22 and a second gate 24 across the inspection groove 20. Each area encircled by each gate and the inspection groove 20 regulates an allowed range with respect to a position of a puncture needle 52 guided by a puncture adapter 30. By allowing the puncture needle 52 to go through a needle guide mechanism 56 of the puncture adapter 30, it is inspected whether or not a position and a posture of the puncture needle 52 guided to the puncture adapter 30 are within the allowed range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺アダプタおよびそれによって保持された穿刺針の少なくとも一方を検査することを目的とする。【解決手段】穿刺用検査器10におけるプローブ模擬部12は、アダプタ装着模擬部16および本体模擬部18から構成されている。アダプタ装着模擬部16は、超音波プローブのアダプタ装着部の形状を模擬したものである。本体模擬部18は、超音波プローブの本体部の形状を模擬したものである。検査板14には検査溝20が形成されている。検査板14には、検査溝20に跨る第1ゲート22および第2ゲート24が設けられている。各ゲートおよび検査溝20によって囲まれる各領域は、穿刺アダプタ30によって案内される穿刺針52の位置についての許容範囲を規定する。穿刺アダプタ30の針案内機構56に穿刺針52を通すことで、穿刺アダプタ30に案内される穿刺針52の位置および姿勢が許容範囲内にあるか否かが検査される。【選択図】図4
