PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of accuracy for detecting a pulse wave.SOLUTION: A server device 10 acquires a captured image of a subject, and extracts a partial image of this captured image, a body surface of the subject being imaged in the partial image. Further, the server device 10 estimates a delay amount of a luminance change of a second pixel relative to a luminance change of a first pixel, the first pixel being contained in the partial image and the second pixel being other than the first pixel. Further, the server device 10 synthesizes luminance signals of both the first and second pixels after the luminance signal of the second pixel is corrected according to the delay amount of the second pixel relative to the first pixel.
