The present invention relates to a micro robot for drug delivery into a body, a controller thereof, and a drug delivery method into a body using the same. Particularly, the micro robot for drug delivery into a body according to the present invention comprises: a magnetic unit which moves by an external magnetic field and a bubble which is attached to the magnetic unit and draws an adjacent micro-object by forming microflows through vibration using ultrasonic waves.
