The present invention relates to a magnetic-field-driven microstructure for delivering a drug. More specifically, the present invention relates to a microstructure for delivering a drug and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the microstructure is capable of delivering the drug to a particular location as well as withdrawing magnetic nanoparticles out of the body. The microstructure for drug delivery according to the present invention has an advantage of targeting drugs and cells by transporting the microstructure to a lesion site through an external magnetic field.본 발명은 자기장 구동 약물전달 마이크로 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 특정위치로 약물의 전달이 가능하며, 생체 외부로 자성 나노입자의 회수가 가능한 약물전달 마이크로 구조체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
