The present invention relates to a drug release system comprising a gelatin and a ferrogel comprising iron oxide. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a drug release system that can control the strain in a wide range in an easy way compared to the existing magnetic gel. In addition, the control of the deformation of the hydrogel by the magnetic field can control the release rate of various drugs.본 발명은 산화철을 포함하는 자성젤(ferrogel) 및 젤라틴을 포함하는 약물 방출 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존 자성젤과 비교하여 쉬운 방법으로 변형률을 넓은 범위에서 조절할 수 있는 약물 방출 시스템을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 자기장에 의한 하이드로젤의 변형 제어로 다양한 약물의 방출 속도를 제어할 수 있다.
