The present invention provides a technique for stably dispersing, in an aqueous phase, a naturally-occurring free ceramide (particularly, a naturally-occurring human-type free ceramide) having a long-chain fatty acid in the ceramide backbone thereof. More specifically, provided is a ceramide dispersion composition containing a naturally-occurring free ceramide, a nonionic surfactant, a phospholipid, and a diol having 2-6 carbon atoms, wherein the contained mass ratio of the naturally-occurring free ceramide to the diol is 1:3-25, and a fatty acid included in the ceramide backbone of free ceramide contained in the naturally-occurring free ceramide has 20 or more carbon atoms.La présente invention concerne une technique pour la dispersion stable, dans une phase aqueuse, d'un céramide libre naturel (en particulier, un céramide libre de type humain naturel) ayant un acide gras à longue chaîne dans son squelette céramide.
