A composition obtained through a method, which at least comprises a smashing step of smashing the oat bran, physically damaging cell walls of the oat bran and enabling [beta]-glucan to dissociate in a broken object, and a step of using at least one enzyme of a phytase, a cellulose, a lysozyme and an xylanase to acting on a broking object, is rich in the [beta]-glucan and also is rich in useful minerals, such as dietary fibers, proteins, lipids, minerals and the like, and nutrient contents.
