PURPOSE: A cultivation method of the Cordyceps militaris is provided to absorb the useful material (saponin or germanium) which is added in a culture medium into a fruit body.CONSTITUTION: A mycelium of Cordyceps militaris is formed. A fruit body is formed by inoculating a mycelial culture solution to a carcass of insect. A barley embryo is added in a culture medium which is used to culture the mycelium of the Cordyceps militaris. The Cordyceps militaris is inoculated in a silkworm or a chrysalis of silkworm and the Cordyceps militaris is cultured. A red ginseng is added in the culture medium.
