The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Cordyceps militaris with enhanced productivity. To this end, the method for cultivating Cordyceps militaris comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating a plate medium with a seed culture of Cordyceps militaris and irradiating the same with light； (b) isolating the seed culture completed with light irradiation from the plate medium, dark-culturing and light-culturing the same on a liquid medium； and (c) isolating the seed culture from the liquid medium after completion of the dark-culturing and light-culturing, and dark-culturing and light-culturing the same on an oat-containing medium.본 발명은 생산성을 향상시킨 밀리타리스 동충하초 재배방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 밀리타리스 동충하초의 재배방법은 (a) 밀리타리스 동충하초(Cordyceps militaris) 종균을 평판배지에 접종한 후 광을 조사하는 단계； (b) 상기 평판배지로부터 광 조사가 완료된 상기 종균을 분리한 후, 액체배지에서 암배양 및 광배양하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 액체배지로부터 암배양 및 광배양이 완료된 상기 종균을 분리한 후, 귀리가 함유된 배지에서 암배양 및 광배양하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
