PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiadhesive agent capable of preventing adhesion with a wound surface, and a wound covering material which has high liquid passing property and prevents adhesion with a wound surface, suitable for use in various traumatotherapy such as burn therapy and bedsore therapy and as a protective material after surgery.SOLUTION: A polymer represented by the following general formula I is used as the antiadhesive agent. The wound covering material includes a porous substrate coated with the antiadhesive agent.
