PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for detoxifying aflatoxin with respect to farm products or food containing the aflatoxin.SOLUTION: The aflatoxin is removed by: charging a product to be treated into a treatment chamber 20 from a charging port 22 and irradiating the product to be treated with water vapor plasma generated by a water vapor plasma generation device 10 through an exposure opening part 24.
