PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning for natto, which is easy to be mixed and eaten when added to natto, having excellent refreshing aftertaste.SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning for natto includes an arabic gum and a thickener (e.g. xanthan gum, guar gum, carob bean gum, and tamarind gum).
