PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food manufacturing apparatus which can reduce the amount of defective foods by automatically adjusting the excess and deficiency of the weight of ingredient paste to be supplied to a food forming means based on the weight of foods of each number of units formed by one cycle operation of a piston pump.SOLUTION: The food manufacturing apparatus includes: a food weighing means 6 which measures the weight of food W formed by the food forming means 3 for each number of units formed by one cycle operation of the piston pump 4 before a treatment is applied to the food W in the next process； and a control means 7 which automatically adjusts a stroke amount of a piston P of the piston pump 4 when the weight of food W measured by the food weighing means 6 deviates from a predetermined range of a defined weight of the food.
