Thus, The present invention is intended to improve the product satisfaction of the food drier while selectively allowing the food to be selectively dried so that the drying heat flow can be smoothly performed and the food can be separated from the drying net after the drying operation.본 고안은 식품건조기의 양면 건조망을 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 고안은 건조망의 평면에는 경사부를 형성하고, 건조망의 저면에는 돌기를 돌출 구성한 것이며, 이에따라 경사부가 형성된 평면 또는 돌기가 형성된 저면에 식품을 선택적으로 올려 건조시 건조열 흐름이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하고, 특히 식품 건조 동작이 종료 후 건조망으로부터 식품을 손상없이 분리시킬 수 있도록 하면서 식품건조기에 대한 제품 만족도를 향상시키도록 한 것이다.
