PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate for heating that has a heat-resistant shape-retention and substantially does not contain non-fat cocoa solid.SOLUTION: Provided is a chocolate for heating containing an insoluble dietary fiber by 4 to 50 mass% and a non-fat cocoa solid by less than 1 mass%.
