PURPOSE: A producing method of feed containing salted fish sauce by-products is provided to process the salted fish sauce by-products without generating the environment contamination. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of feed containing salted fish sauce by-products comprises the following steps: compressing the salted fish sauce by-products to obtain solids and liquid； mixing crude feed with the salted fish sauce by-product liquid to obtain a feed mixture； heating the feed mixture at 50-70 deg C before cooling at room temperature； adding 0.5-3 parts of probiotic by weight into 100 parts of feed mixture by weight, and fermenting the mixture for 2-3 days； adding 5-10 parts of salted fish sauce by-product solids by weight in to the 100 parts of fermented feed mixture by weight； and fermenting the mixture for 3-10 days.본 발명은 액젓 부산물을 함유하는 사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 일반 조사료에 액젓 제조시 발생하는 부산물을 혼합하고 발효시켜서 사료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 사료 제조방법은 액젓 제조 후 발생하는 부산물을 환경오염 없이 처리할 수 있도록 하고, 더불어 액젓 부산물에 함유된 영양성분이 가축사료에 함유됨으로써 사료비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 또한 일반 조사료에 액젓 부산물이 첨가된 혼합물의 발효시 발생될 수 있는 발효물의 부패를 방지할 수 있다.
