The present invention provides a skin extract for inducing hair follicle neogenesis which is prepared by the steps of mixing a skin tissue with phosphate buffer solution, destroying the skin tissue and freeze storing it. The present invention also provides a composition for hair inducing follicle neogenesis comprising at least lumican, galectin-1 and apolipoprotein A-I. The composition mixes with epidermal cells or fibroblasts can induce the hair follicle neogenesis. The present also provides a use of the skin extract or the composition.本發明提供一種誘導毛囊新生的皮膚萃取物，其係由一皮膚組織與磷酸鹽緩沖液混合並將組織完全破壞後放置於低溫冷凍而獲得。本發明另提供一種誘導毛囊新生的組合物，其至少包含人基膜聚糖、半乳糖凝集素及脫輔基蛋白質A-I，直接以此三種蛋白與表皮細胞混合後可誘導毛囊新生。本發明亦提供該皮膚萃取物或組合物之用途。
