PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing an extract of cultured plant tissues is provided to strengthen the physiological activity of the skin and to improve skin condition. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-20 wt% of an extract of cultured plant tissues including Echinacea angustifolia, Anoectochilus formosanus, Gymnema sylvestre, and Panax ginseng. The cosmetic composition is prepared by: mixing and extracting 2-5 parts by weight of a cultured Echinacea angustifolia tissue, 2-5 parts by weight of a cultured Anoectochilus formosanus tissue, 2-5 parts by weight of a cultured Gymnema sylvestre tissue, and 2-5 parts by weight of a cultured Panax ginseng tissue； and filtering the extract.본 발명은 조직배양한, 에키네시아 안구스티폴리아(Echinacea angustifolia), 금선련(Anoectochilusformosanus), 당살초(Gymnemasylvestre) 및 산삼(Panaxginseng)을 포함하는 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
