PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter in which a configuration of a transmission system and the like is simple, and a lubricant is easily supplied, and which can reliably level a field surface without damaging a ground leveling device.SOLUTION: A traveling vehicle body 2 is provided with a seedling placing member 51. The seedling placing member 51 is provided with a support member 403. The support member 403 is provided with a ground leveling device 5 for leveling a field surface, a drive case 406 for receiving a driving force from the traveling vehicle body 2, and planting transmission cases 405C, 405 L, 405R for supplying a driving force to a seedling planting device 408 for planting seedlings. A planting transmission shaft 407 provided in the drive case 406 supplies a driving force to the planting transmission cases 405C, 405 L, 405R. The ground leveling device 5 is constituted of a side leveling member 51, a central leveling member 50, and a leveling transmission case 52.
