PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the transplanting depth of a seedling by a seedling transplanting device so as to be uniform without lifting or lowering the seedling-transplanting device even if right and left land-leveling rotors level a disordered muddy soil surface while being lifted and lowered.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter is equipped with the seedling-transplanting device through a lifting and lowering link device at the rear side of a traveling car body. The seedling-transplanting device has the land-leveling rollers for making the muddy soil surface even by land-leveling of the muddy soil surface of a field, and is constituted so that the power may be transmitted from a rotor-driving shaft of a rotor-driving case through an outer shaft, and an inner shaft and a joint fitted in the outer shaft to the transmission case. Each of right and left attaching shafts is connected to driving shafts protruded in the right and left directions from the transmission case respectively so that the attaching shafts may integrally rotate with the land-leveling rotors, and the outer shaft and the inner shaft may be slid by the upper and lower movement of the transmission case.
