PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter in which the muddy water associated with the rotation of a ground-leveling rotor and the travel of a machine in made not give harmful influence to seedlings planted at a field around the ground-leveling rotor.SOLUTION: One pair of right and left ground-leveling rotors 27a and a central ground-leveling rotor 27b to level a field surface are provided at a lower part of a freely liftable seedling planting part 4 a transmission case 73 that stores a transmission member 73a by which a driving force is conducted between the rotors 27a and 27b is provided right and left mounting frames 88 are disposed at the case 73, a splashboard member 89 is disposed at the frame 88, and an interval part S1 is provided between right and left transmission cases 73 of leveling land, and right and left splashboard members 89.
