The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition having an antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa , comprising l ( Ishige okamurae ) extract or a fraction thereof as an active ingredient, wherein an antibiotic is added to the l extract or a fraction thereof. When included, the synergistic effect of the antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas eruginosa is further increased, and may be usefully used for the prevention, treatment or improvement of infectious diseases caused by Pseudomonas eruginosa.본 발명은 패(Ishige okamurae) 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 슈도모나스 에루지노사(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)에 대한 항균 활성을 가지는 항균용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 패 추출물 또는 이의 분획물에 항생물질을 더 포함한 경우 시너지 효과에 의하여 슈도모나스 에루지노사에 대한 항균 활성이 더욱 증가하여, 슈도모나스 에루지노사에 의한 감염성 질환의 예방, 치료 또는 개선에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
