The present invention provides a W/O emulsion cosmetics, it is a W/O emulsion cosmetics mixing with a powder, and formulated a glycerol at high concentration, and having high moisturizing effect, non-sticky felling and excellent emulsion stability. The said W/O emulsion cosmetics contains the following ingredients (A) to (F): (A) polyoxyalkylene/alkyl comodified silicone, 0.1 to 5 mass% (B) polyoxyalkylene modified silicone, 0.1 to 5 mass%, and 0.2 to 3 times amount by mass, compared to (A) (C) powder, 0.1 to 60 mass% (D) volatile oil, 3-50 mass % (E) glycerol, 10-35 mass % and (F) water. Furthermore, it preferably contains at least one non-volatile oil selected from the group consisting of di-2-ethylhexyl succinate, methylphenyl polysiloxane and dimethyl polysiloxane.
