PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics that excel in use feeling, warming effect, and spread, by emulsifying a dosage form with a high content of polyhydric alcohol in oil.SOLUTION: Water-in-oil cosmetics contain (a) at least one selected from partially-crosslinked polyether-modified silicone and partially-crosslinked polyglycerol-modified silicone, (b) polyhydric alcohol: 57-90 mass%, and (c) water: 0-4.5 mass%.
