PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/heat-retaining device which is handled easily for heating, used repeatedly as many times as a user wants, can retain the heat for a long time, and generates heat by microwaves, and to prevent risk of explosion of the heating/heat-retaining device by the significant volume expansion of the contents due to the overheating or the degradation of materials.SOLUTION: The heating/heat-retaining device which is safely heated by a microwave oven and is repeatedly used by embedding a heat generation part which is made by solidifying by using a heat generating material, a heat retaining-insulating material, and a bonding material with an insulating layer made of a material with a heat resistance property and a heat insulating property and encapsuling it in a heat resistant container 3 is provided. By using the heating/heat retaining device, all risks of bursting of the contents, explosions, or the like are eliminated by using the materials having sufficient heat resistance properties at temperatures where respective parts of the heating/heat-retaining device reach, and consequently there is no risk of accidents.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】加熱に至る取扱が簡便で、何回でも繰り返し使用することができ、長時間の保温が可能である、マイクロ波によって発熱する加熱・保温具を提供すると共に、過熱や素材劣化による内容物の著しい体積膨張によって、加熱・保温具が爆発する危険を防ぐ。【解決手段】発熱材料と保温・断熱材料と結合材料を用いて固化・作製した発熱部を、耐熱性と断熱性をもつ素材からなる断熱層で包埋し、さらに耐熱性容器3に封入することにより、電子レンジによって安全に加熱することが可能で、繰り返し使用が可能である加熱・保温具を提供する。加熱・保温器具の使用に際して、加熱・保温具の各部が到達する温度において充分な耐熱性をもった素材を用いることにより、内容物の破裂や爆発などの一切の危険を排しており、事故の危険性が無い。【選択図】 図1
