PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft vegetable harvester which is simple in structure.SOLUTION: A tray 31 is connected to a machine body 11 of a soft vegetable harvester 1 via parallel link mechanisms 21, 22. A movable frame 41 is attached so as to be laterally reciprocal to a fixed frame 32 fixed to the tray 31. Then, a cutting blade 42 fixed to the lower end of the movable frame 41 which laterally reciprocates with respect to the fixed frame 32 cuts a root of spinach 2 by making the machine body 11 travel in a state that the tray is descended. The spinach 2 which is cut at the root is transferred on the tray 31 when progressing from the rear.
