PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter for an installation type wheelchair having a simple elevating/lowering mechanism capable of elevating an elevating/lowering plate while forwardly sending out the plate.SOLUTION: An elevating/lowering plate 11 of the lifter 1 for the installation type wheelchair is supported by a quadric parallel link mechanism including a front side turning link 12 and a rear side turning link 13, and a turning mechanism 14 for elevating/lowering operation is arranged at the side of the elevating/lowering plate 11. The elevating/lowering plate 11 with a wheelchair 6 mounted thereon is elevated while being sent out forwardly by the quadric parallel link mechanism. At the elevated position 11B, a space between a front edge of the elevating/lowering plate 11 and a highest step face 4 of a stairway can be reduced, and any component installation space need not be secured below the elevating/lowering plate 11. Thus, the elevating/lowering plate 11 can be lowered to substantially the same level position as a ground surface 3, and the loading work of the wheelchair 6 on the elevating/lowering plate 11 and the unloading work of the wheelchair therefrom can be facilitated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】昇降板を前方に迫り出しながら上昇させることのできる簡単な昇降機構を備えた設置式車椅子用リフターを提案すること。【解決手段】設置式車椅子用リフター1の昇降板11は、前側旋回リンク12、後側旋回リンク13を備えた4節の平行リンク機構によって支持されており、昇降板11の側方には昇降用旋回機構14が配置されている。車椅子6を乗せた昇降板11が4節の平行リンク機構によって前方に迫り出しながら上昇する。上昇位置11Bにおいて、昇降板11の前端縁と、階段の最も高い段面4との間の隙間を少なくすることができ、昇降板11の下側に部品設置スペースを確保する必要がないので、地盤面3とほぼ同一高さ位置まで昇降板11を降下させることができる。よって、車椅子6を昇降板11に乗せる作業、そこから降ろす作業が容易になる。【選択図】図2
