The present invention relates to an injector instrument for an endoscopic operation, which can comprise: a coagulator for cauterizing a lesioned portion by a cautery electrode connectable to a high frequency generator for supplying high-frequency power an injector for injecting a liquid medicine into the lesioned portion by a needle connectable to a syringe for supplying the liquid medicine and a link connector for connecting the coagulator and the injector such that the needle can pass through the cautery electrode and be inserted thereinto and withdrawn therefrom.
