PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a richness promoter excellent in richness enhancement effect to food and drink, and containing, as a component, a safe raw material abundant in a nutrient component and to provide food and drink containing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a richness promoter containing dry powder of kale as a component. Preferably, the dry powder of kale contains sulforaphane as much as 9.2×10-8 to 2.3×10-7 mass%. There are also provided food and drink containing the richness promoter. Preferably, the food and drink are miso or miso soup.
