The present invention relates to a latte containing gelato, and more particularly, to an ice summer latte manufactured by adding milk gelato or gelato to which Avena sativa and Pinus koraiensis are added to an ice lattice which is eaten cool in summer. Unlike Vienna coffee in which espresso is added to ice cream, the latte containing gelato has improved softness with milk gelato to the ice cafe latte in which a milk flavor is emphasized, or is a nutritional supplement to which superfood is added as Avena sativa gelato.
