PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product for freezing and heating at a low cost, having a meat food sandwiched by bread, and enabling warming the meat food to a temperature of such a degree to stimulate appetite together with the bread without generating hardening of dough of the bread at the time of heating a frozen food product body.SOLUTION: A hamburger 40 has ingredients 37, 38 sandwiched by upper and lower breads 31. Packages 32, 33 are abutted on a surface part 31SP excluding a part 31BP for sandwiching the ingredient 37 inside each of the surfaces of the upper and lower breads 31 in a state of comprising the hamburger 40, and cover the surface part 31SP. A sheet-like package 34 packages the hamburger or the like 40, 32, 33 along a first direction D1 in a plan view of the hamburger 40 in a state of being folded so as to entirely wrap the surfaces of the hamburger or the like 40, 32, 33.
