PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for dermal use which reduces the inconvenience of a two-component or multi-component dosage regimen for treating psoriasis and other inflammatory skin diseases including nail diseases.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes a first pharmacologically active component A and a second pharmacologically active component B in a specific solvent component.
