The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a pruritus containing a pyrazole derivative as an active ingredient, and a screening method for detecting the same. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a pruritus of the present invention can alleviate a pruritus symptom by inhibiting Mrgpr X1 activity in a cell. Also, the pruritus symptom can be alleviated by inhibiting hH1R activity in a cell, thereby being useful as a preventive or therapeutic agent for a histamine-mediated pruritus. Moreover, a dry skin mouse model experiment demonstrates that the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has a significant improvement effect for dry skin so as to be used as a therapeutic agent for dry skin. In addition, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can alleviate a pruritus symptom caused by a psoriasis, thereby being useful as a therapeutic agent for psoriasis. Furthermore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can maintain stable activity without causing an abnormal reaction even when a drug is administered in vivo.본 발명은 피라졸 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 소양증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 이를 검출하기 위한 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명에 따른 소양증 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물은 세포 내의 Mrgpr X1 활성을 억제시켜 소양증 증상을 완화시킬 수 있다. 또한, 세포 내의 hH1R 활성을 억제시킴으로써 소양증 증상을 완화시켜 히스타민 매개 소양증의 예방 또는 치료제로도 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다. 나아가, 피부건조증(Dry skin)에 대해서도 유의성 있는 개선 효과를 가지는 것이 피부건조증 마우스 모델 실험을 통해 입증되었으므로 피부건조증의 치료제로써도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 약학적 조성물은 건선에 의한 소양증 증상을 완화시킬 수 있으므로, 건선의 치료제로써도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명에 따른 약학적 조성물은 생체 내 약물 투여시에도 이상 반응을 일으키지 않고 안정적인 활동능력을 유지할 수 있다.
