The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating psoriasis, which contains an extract of Vicia amoena. Specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating psoriasis, a skin external application composition, a cosmetic composition, and a quasi-drug composition. The composition containing the extract of Vicia amoena provided in the present invention reduces activity of IL6 and Stat3 signals involved in psoriasis induction, suppresses proliferation of corneocytes, and alleviates psoriasis lesions when applying the same to lesions of a psoriasis animal model, thereby being able to be usefully used as the composition for preventing or treating psoriasis.본 발명은 갈퀴나물 추출물을 포함하는 건선 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 갈퀴나물 추출물을 포함하는 건선 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 피부 외용제 조성물, 화장료 조성물 및 의약외품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 갈퀴나물 추출물을 포함하는 조성물은 건선 유발에 관여하는 IL6 및 Stat3 시그널의 활성을 감소시키고 각질세포의 세포증식을 억제하며 건선 동물모델의 병변에 도포 시 건선 병변을 완화시키는 효과를 나타내어 건선 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
