PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivastigmine-containing percutaneously absorbable pharmaceutical preparation which reduces irritation to skin during application and in peeling, has sufficient percutaneous absorption, and has sufficient adhesiveness in which peeling does not occur during use of the pharmaceutical preparation, in which a problem such as adhesive residue does not occur.SOLUTION: A rivastigmine-containing percutaneously absorbable pharmaceutical preparation includes a support medium, an adhesive agent layer laminated at least on one side of the support medium, and a release liner laminated on the opposite side of the support medium of the adhesive agent layer, in which the adhesive agent layer contains A: rivastigmine by 4 to 30 wt.% with respect to the weight of adhesive agent layer, B: isopropyl myristate by 0.1 to 25 wt.% with respect to the weight of adhesive agent layer, and C: acrylic adhesive agent.
