PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneously absorbable preparation comprising a relatively large amount of rivastigmine and having an adhesive force to ensure safe administration over the whole administration period.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a percutaneously absorbable preparation comprises a support layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The adhesive layer contains, as essential components, 10 to 50% of rivastigmine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a self-crosslinking type adhesive agent, and an acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of room temperature or higher.
