The invention relates to a curable silicone polymer as component (A), the silicone polymer containing at least two functional groups capable of reacting with a SiH group in the presence of a hydrosilation catalyst, a crosslinker compound containing at least two SiH groups as component (B), a catalyst capable of catalyzing a hydrosilation reaction as component (C), a surfactant as component (D), an F-containing compound as component (E), wherein the F-containing compound has the following formula T 1 -X-[(O-CF 2 -CF 2 ) u -(O-CF 2 ) v -(O-CF(CF 3 )-CF 2 ) w -(O-CF 2 CF 2 CF 2 ) x -O]-X-T 2 with u = 0 to 8, v = 0 to 8, w = 0 to 8 and x =0 to 8 and u+v+w+x = 1, wherein T 1 and T 2 can be equal or different and are independently selected from -COOR, -CH 2 OH, -CF 2 OR, -CHFOH, -CHFOR, -CH 2 OR or-F with R being a linear or branched alkyl rest (C1 to C9), aryl rest (C1 to C9) or alkylaryl rest (C1 to C9), and wherein X is selected from -(CF 2 ) 1-6 -, -CF(CF - - 3 )- and -CHF-CF 2 -. The invention also relates to method or producing this composition and its use, especially as impression material or for the production of crown and bridges.
