PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for impregnation with an enzyme which allows a food to be impregnated with an enzyme in a short time, and to provide a method for producing food suitable for an elderly person, a person handicapped with chewing, and a person handicapped with swallowing, using the method for impregnation with an enzyme.SOLUTION: This method for impregnation with an enzyme is a method for impregnation with an enzyme to dissolve tissues comprising food 1 into the food 1.
