The image capture device comprises a lighting module, a splitter, a monochrome image sensor and an image synthesis module. The lighting module respectively issues a plurality of monochromatic lights. The splitter is disposed on a light path of the lighting module. The splitter respectively reflects the plurality of monochromatic lights to a fundus of a subject, and through the fundus reflection, as respectively a reflecting light. The monochrome image sensor receives respectively the reflecting light, and respectively corresponding to each of the monochromatic lights produces respectively a monochromatic image. The image synthesis module receives each of the monochromatic images for synthesis a color image.
