The present invention relates to a method for producing pizza cheese sweet and sour pork. An inner sauce is added to and mixed with fried meat to secure the sense and taste of perilla leaves, and thus sweet and sour pork is produced. Cheese is scattered thereonto, and then the sweet and sour pork is baked in an oven, such that the cheese is thickly melted to have a shape serving as a cover. In consideration of convenience of wrap package, an outer sauce is re-scattered onto the melted cheese, and thus the melted cheese is not attached onto a wrap. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a first step of seasoning and marinating meat selected from low fat chicken breast meat or pork sirloin, adding eggs, starch, and water to knead the same, and frying the same by edible oil to produce fried meat a second step of mixing and heating vinegar, water, soy sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup, pepper seed oil, and capsaicin, adjusting viscosity by pouring a starch solution when the same is boiled, and adding and heating pepper, cucumber, carrot, tomato, and onion to complete an inner sauce a third step of producing sweet and sour pork by mixing the fried meat and the inner sauce and evenly combining the same to produce sweet and sour pork a fourth step of spreading the sweet and sour pork of the third step on a silver foil on a pan, putting cheese thereon, and heating the same in an oven at 300°C or greater for 4.5 minutes to produce melted cheese having a thickness of minimum 0.3 cm a fifth step of re-boiling the remaining inner sauce after use in the second step for 1 minute, adding onion, cucumber, carrot, pepper, black olive, and corn thereto, and boiling the same for 1.5 minutes to produce an outer sauce and a sixth step of putting the sweet and sour pork produced in the fourth step on a dish with a silver foil, and putting the outer sauce of the fifth step on the melted cheese to complete a product.본 발명은 깻잎의 느낌 및 맛이 나도록 하기 위하여 튀긴 고기에 내부소스를 넣고 버무려 탕수육을 만든 뒤
