A method for producing a secretory gland comprising the following steps (a) to (c)； (a) preparing a conjugate comprising all or part of an embryoid body and a scaffold material； (B) transplanting the conjugate prepared in step (a) into an animal, and (c) producing a secretory gland derived from the conjugate in the animal.
