The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for acquiring and producing kidney progenitor cells having a high degree of purity from a cell population obtained by inducing differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into kidney progenitor cells by identifying a kidney progenitor-specific cell surface antigen marker.
