PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch which prevents ink from discoloring by a red or rouge pigment that is caused by the effect of a spice cumin seed component of a content even when a spice cumin seed or a cooked food containing a spice cumin seed is filled, stored and sealed in the pouch and the pouch storing the food is subjected to a retort heat sterilization process, and which has a superior gas barrier properties and transparency.SOLUTION: According to the pouch 1, the spice cumin seed or the cooked food containing the spice cumin seed is filled, stored and sealed in the pouch 1 and the pouch 1 storing the food can be subjected to a retort heat sterilization process. The pouch 1 is made of a laminated material at least including a base material layer, a printing ink layer, and a sealant layer, which are laminated from the surface side in increasing order.
