PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open packaging bag allowing a content to be put into a mouth without touching it by a hand.SOLUTION: An easy-to-open packaging bag is a pillow type packaging bag formed of a laminate 4, which stores a pharmaceutical preparation F in a film or seat form, and which comprises a plastic substrate 2 and a heat seal layer 3, and which is folded so that ends of which are joined at a center part of a back surface with an opening end a cylindrical shape part heat-sealed.
